1. Using the Website
Using the Dionyx Casino website (the “Website”) means you fully accept these terms, the privacy notice and the rules of each game. Please read them before registering. Carrying on after a change to the terms is treated as accepting the change.
2. Your account
You must be over 18, or over the legal age in your country if it is higher, and it is your responsibility to make sure online gambling is lawful where you live. Each person, household, IP address and device may have only one account. Using several accounts is forbidden and leads to all of them being closed and the winnings seized. Keep your login details private.
3. Fairness and security
Games are regularly tested and certified by independent bodies. Software that assists play, VPNs used to hide your location, fraud and collusion are forbidden and lead to an immediate block.
4. Deposits and withdrawals
You can deposit with cards, e-wallets and bank transfers, and deposits from third parties, such as friends or relatives, are not allowed. To limit money laundering, each deposit must be wagered at least three times before you request a withdrawal. Before your first withdrawal you must submit identity documents, proof of address and proof of your payment method. The most you can withdraw is €1,000 per transaction, €3,000 per day and €20,000 per month, unless agreed otherwise.
5. Bonuses
Every bonus carries wagering, normally 30 times the amount for casino bonuses and valid for 30 days unless the offer says otherwise, and the highest bet while a bonus is active is €5. Under the separate bonus rules, winnings from deposit bonuses can be converted up to five times the bonus, no-deposit bonuses have lower limits, and slots count in full while table games, roulette and blackjack do not count and live casino cannot be used. Abuse of offers can cancel the bonus and its winnings.
6. Sports betting
Bets are settled on official results, and bets on events postponed by more than 48 hours may be cancelled. Video assistant referee decisions are taken into account according to the official broadcast.
7. Limits on liability
The Website is provided as it is. If software malfunctions, affected bets are void and stakes are returned. Within the limits of the law we are not responsible for interruptions or faults outside our control. Gambling can lead to losing money.
